David Baskcomb is a partner and lead investigator with Quest Investigations. His role is to oversee all investigations and ensure that they are performed with completeness and professionalism.
David is a retired Sergeant with 21 years of experience with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service. He worked in Patrol Services, the Criminal Investigations Division and Planning and Research.
His police training included Major Case Management, General Investigations Course, Scenes of Crime Officer, Fire Cause Determination and Interviewing. In addition, he completed numerous other courses during the course of his career.
His area of expertise includes criminal/civil investigations, missing persons, fraud, insurance claims and workplace/HR matters.
David attended Sault College and Algoma University. He was also a long-time volunteer in the community, having coached at Soo Pee Wee hockey and Sault Major Hockey for 14 years. David has also served as a Director of the Sault Ste. Marie Alzheimer Society Board.
Jody Greco is a partner and lead investigator with Quest Investigations. His role is to oversee all investigations and ensure they are performed with completeness and professionalism.
Jody is a retired Police Inspector with 35 years of experience with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service and served most of his career in various roles within the Criminal Investigation Division.
From 2007 to 2019, he was seconded to the Criminal Intelligence Service of Ontario where he held several positions including the District Liaison Officer for Northeastern Ontario and responsibility for overseeing intelligence gathering and sharing between Police Services throughout the region.
Jody has extensive experience as an Investigator and was a Major Case Manager and Incident Commander. His areas of expertise include missing persons, background checks for prospective employers, fraud, insurance claims and workplace/HR matters. As well, he has worked in the past with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and the former Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
Jody graduated from the Criminology Program at Lake Superior State University. During his policing career, he completed numerous courses related to policing. He assisted with training facilitated by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service, the Ontario Provincial Police College, and Criminal Intelligence Service Ontario.
Tom Armstrong is a lead investigator with Quest Investigations. His role is to fully investigate all cases and ensure that they are performed with the outmost professionalism and completeness.
Tom is a retired Staff Sergeant with 26 years of experience with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.
Tom has extensive experience as an investigator. He has conducted and overseen numerous investigations including major cases, fraud, workplace harassment, missing persons, and many more criminal and non-criminal cases.
Throughout his career, he worked in the Criminal Investigations Unit as a Constable, Sergeant and Staff Sergeant for 16 years. During this time, he was responsible for overseeing multiple major investigations as a Major Case Manager, Primary Investigator, Interrogator, File co-ordinator, Warrant writer and Family liaison. He has also conducted thousands of interviews of victims, witnesses and accused persons in the course of his career.
Tom attended Sault College and graduated from the Law and Security Program before becoming a Correctional Officer and then a Police Officer for the City of Sault Ste. Marie. Tom has also successfully completed 35 different criminal investigation courses throughout his tenure as a Police Investigator.
